Roxi is a 200hr Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher who trained at Himalaya Yoga Valley in Goa, India. Her style is based around honouring the source of yoga traditions and the 8 limbs of yoga philosophy.
Although originally trained in Ashtanga, Roxi has found her own unique teaching style and brings creative and interesting flows guided by her soft and knowledgeable voice.
‘Yoga for Athletes’, this class is suitable for beginners and those with an established yoga practice too. Focusing on complimenting your exercise routine, building an understanding of your mind and body connection through working with yoga techniques like breathwork, anatomy, alignment, space awareness and relaxation, thus improving your mobility, flexibility and strength of the body and mind with regular practice.
