This a great gym. Plenty of different equipment to use and to veary your workout. Staff are also friendly and very helpful. I found this gym to be more my style and a great atmosphere. Well worth a tour and try if your looking to progress and work on achievable goals

When I was at my lowest ebb and struggling with my weight I discovered Body Ethics.. From the start the staff at Body Ethics have been amazing they have guided me through my personal goals and praised all my achievements., small group personal training has the advantage of motivating you from your peers and the coach. In a group, there is often more energy and maybe even some healthy competitiveness. Human nature dictates that you are more inclined to put out an all-out effort if the person sitting next to you is. Members are coached by their trainer individually and support is given throughout the whole session to make sure perfect form and appropriate weights are being used for the given exercises.! if I could give 10 stars would
Parents have just moved to Hitchin and I visit them from Amsterdam. I needed a gym with all the right equipment and could easily park. Great gym with all the equipment you need (the Watson stuff is particularly cool) and the staff are really friendly too.4 min from my parents house, easily my gym of choice when I'm over.Pre workout / post session protein shakes are all fairly priced too and the place is incredibly clean.5 stats for everyone that works there. Paul is an encouraging and supportive coach with a wealth of knowledge. He gently coaxes a little more out of every session. I went to him after a full knee replacement and he has returned my knee to a strength I would not have expected at the begining of our sessions. He adapted the training sessions to suit my needs every session. My balance is 100% improved. I will be back in a few months after my second knee is replaced. Thank you Paul!
This is one of the best gyms I’ve been to in the area.I feel comfortable here, the equipment is great and the way it’s laid out really helps to make my work outs smoother. The staff are all Lovely and the gym is clean. I recommend trying this place out.

Been a member of Body Ethics since its opening, and having tried pretty much every other gym in the area its safe to say I've found my home. Great gym with all the equipment you need, always clean and uncluttered. All the staff are top people, super friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help and give advice/assistance. Highly recommend Paul as a personal trainer. Great all round knowledge of nutrition, fitness and gym technique, with a down to earth and pragmatic approach. I'm a 48 year old guy and have always been relatively active, but engaged Paul's help when I discovered my visceral fat was very high. Following Paul's advice and plan 4 months later I've lost 8.5kg of fat and gained 2.5kg of muscle and smashed most of my targets. Thanks Paul 👍

I’ve had lots of PT sessions with Paul training BJJ and Nogi. He’s a fantastic trainer and makes every session enjoyable. It’s super easier to learn from Paul.
I’ve been training with Paul for 4 month - he’s a great guy and I can highly recommend him. I’m confident pushing hard in our workouts because of his strict emphasis on form and injury prevention. He’s tailored the workouts as I’ve learned which exercises I prefer, so maintaining motivation has been easy.

I have been training at Body Ethic for couple of years now, facilities are brilliant and all staffs extremely competent and friendly. I also started a training/nutrition journey with Shane about 2 months ago. What can I say, competence, availability and professionalism.
